Q. How do I arrange home care for myself or a family member?

After consultation with us at Cornwall Health Care Services Ltd, the home care package would be set up as soon as is reasonably possible.

Q. Are your home care staff trained?

Yes we are fully trained across all aspects of the home care services that we provide

Q. Are your home care staff insured?

Yes, we have public liability insurance, employers insurance and professional indemnity insurance which are all kept up to date on annually

Q. Are you registered to provide home care services?

Yes, we are in the process of having our registration confirmed by the CQC (Care Quality Commission)

Do you provide home care in my area?

Yes, we do, but only within a 20 mile radius of our location in Hayle. Our home care services can only be booked with a minimum 4 hours

Q. Will I get the same carer on each visit?

Where possible we like to provide consistent support, but your carer may change at times.

Q. What sort of services do you provide?

We offer support for people that may have a condition such as dementia as well as support with Palliative Care, End of life Care. We also offer home support for people with physical disabilities.

Q. What is Palliative Care?

Palliative Care may be a person who has been diagnosed with a terminal illness. We offer an holistic approach to a person that is on end of life.
